Jay Steven Dahl: RIP

Contrary to what the card says, Jay did not pitch a no-hitter for the Moultrie Colt .22's on July 25, 1963. He was, however, perfect through the scheduled 7. Sadly for everyone but Ron Courser, Dahl gave up a solo home run, his first hit of the day, with two outs in the ninth and lost 1 - 0. The major league appearance was later that summer, when Harry Craft went with an all-rookie lineup vs. the Mets. The score was 10 - 3 and Jay took the loss.
