I think more than anything else the Astros have done, trading Brad Ausmus to the Tigers pissed off Jeff Bagwell. BUT AS OF 12/11/00 HE'S BACK. On that date, the Astros traded Roger Cedeno, Chris Holt and Mitch Meluskey back to Detroit to get him and Doug Brocail. His 2001 first half was major league disappointing, but unlike most 'Stros, he showed up for the playoff series with Atlanta.
